I really love boyfriend jeans!!! They are so versatile and comfortable. This time I decided to pair them with a lace top, a black blazer and sandals. This look is so perfect for work or some casual meetings.

Me encantan los jeans "boyfriends"!!! La verdad es que son super versatiles y comodos, sobre todo. Para hoy, decidi combinarlos con una blusa de encaje, un blazer negro y sandalias altas. Me parece que es un look perfecto para ir a trabajar, pero tambien lo podrian usar para reuniones casuales.

TRENDALERT!!! "BackPack"

Hello Fashionistas!!!
A while ago, I published on TWITTER (https://twitter.com/BrainStylist) a trendaler: THE BACKPACK. And yes, believe or not, they are back and you are more fashionista if you add one to your outfit. This type of bag became popular in the 90's and as you know, everything comes back in fashion, the 2013 is ready to recieve it again.

Hace un tiempo, publiqué en TWITTER (https://twitter.com/BrainStylist) la alerta de una tendencia: el backpack o mochila. Sí, aunque no lo creas, y te recuerde a cuando ibas al colegio, pues ahora eres más fashionista si llevas una como complemento de tu outfit.

Este tipo de bolso se hizo popular en los años 90, y como en la moda todo vuelve, el 2013 está listo para recibirlo de nuevo.

Last year, in december, The Row created thefamous and expensive backpack made of cocodrile skin, in collaboration with the british artist Damien Hirst. This bag had a price of  55.000 USD (The good thing was that a certain percentage of the sales was destinated to UNICEF).

En diciembre del pasado año, The Row creó el famoso y costoso backpack hecho de piel de cocodrilo, en colaboración del artista británico, Damien Hirst. Este bolso, tenía un precio de nada más y nada menos que 55.000 dólares. (Lo bueno de esto, fue que cierto porcentaje de las ventas fueron dirigidos a UNICEF). 

For now, there have been just a few brands and designers who have spoken to this trend, for example Hermes, Alexander Wang, Jason Wu and DKNY. They included backpack to complement its catwalks spring - summer 2013. Also, stores such as ASOS, TOPSHOP and American Appeal launched collections with this bag.

Por el momento, no han sido muchas las marcas y diseñadores que se han pronunciado ante esta tendencia, pero por ejemplo Hermès, Alexander Wang, Jason Wu y DKNY ya lo hicieron, incluyeron el backpack como complemento en sus pasarelas primavera - verano 2013. Tambien, tiendas como ASOS, TOPSHOP y American Appeal ya sacaron colecciones con este bolso como protagonista

Stripes, cartoons, illustrations, polka dots, color block, leather, denim tribal, studs, plastic, are just a few of the materials or prints that you can find the backpack, you justa have to pick the right one which goes with your personal style. 

Las rayas, caricaturas, polka dots, unicolor, color block, cuero, denim, tribal, tachas, plástico, son solo algunos de los materiales o estampados en que puedes conseguir la mochila, solo tienes que elegir la que vaya de acuerdo a tu estilo.
